Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 


Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries the first day (1st) of each month depending of the period term that you decide.  
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there or contact us directly. 


Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect your payment method, charge the full payment and then fulfill your order at a future pre-estimate date. 
You can’t cancel pre-order orders at any time.  No returns or refunds will be allowed.

Regular Orders Only

You must contact us via email at info@kremologie.com within one hour of purchase to cancel an order, to ensure the order has not been fulfilled. KREMOLOGIE abides by the policy of each manufacturer it sells. If the brand you are purchasing has already fulfilled the order, KREMOLOGIE cannot cancel the processing order.
